DESIGN SERVICE OPTIONS

To meet the varied needs of our clients, we provide design services in several different ways:

1. IN-HOME DESIGN A Fringe designer will offer a complimentary visit to your home to review your needs, offer some initial creative thoughts and outline how we work with clients. Based upon their assessment, the designer will compile recommendations on design and furnishings which meet your style preferences and budget. Then your Fringe designer will assemble the new room! $500 per room
- If you purchase the furnishings we propose, the design recommendations for the next room are on us!

2. DESIGN BY THE HOUR Hire a professional designer by the hour to assist with window treatment recommendations, color selection, staging or accessorizing your home. Three hour minimum for $300.

3. OWNER LEEANN HEININGER works with many clients directly at an hourly rate of $150.

LEEANN HEININGER
leann heiningerOwner Leeann Heininger fulfilled a life-long dream when she opened her first interior design studio in 2002. Today, Fringe is located on beautifully restored Marion Street in historic downtown Oak Park, Illinois. With more than 25 years of design experience, Leeann has worked successfully with a broad range of clients in the Chicagoland area and surrounding states.

Leeann started her career at the Northern Trust Company, where she worked for 17 years. During her tenure she oversaw the overall design of their corporate office and executive suites. In addition, she was responsible for the project management and development of their new banking facilities in Chicago, Florida and California and served as curator for Northern's multi-million dollar art collection.

Leeann is a graduate of Purdue University's design school, with an emphasis on building design and construction. An Oak Park resident, Leeann is the mother of three busy children. She is an member of the Infant Welfare Society of Oak Park/River Forest and has designed several distinguished rooms for their annual Designer Showcase Houses.

She has worked in many of the area's architecturally significant homes, including those designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, George Maher and E. E. Roberts.

ROBERT SCHUBERT, ASID
robert schubertBob brings many years of design experience with him to Fringe, having worked for a leading Chicago design firm and managing an Oak Park home furnishing retail store. He has been involved in the many aspects of design from town homes in Chicago, a public library in Wisconsin, a suite of offices in the northern suburbs, and vacation homes in both Wisconsin and New Mexico.

Bob is a graduate of Harrington College of Design in Chicago and a professional member of ASID. He has participated in seven different local ASID Showcase Houses, serving as co-chair of several. Bob lives with his partner of 17 years in Forest Park along with their 2 greyhounds and 2 cats.
